Overview We're looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to join our team. At RegNav, our mission is to make it easier, safer and cheaper for innovative companies to bring life-saving medical devices to market. We do this by using the power of AI to demystify regulatory compliance and transform how medical device manufacturers understand the time, cost and complexity of launching new products; delivering clear, actionable outcomes in hours instead of weeks or months. Position Overview In this pivotal role, you'll act as the interface between our technical and product teams, translating product requirements into technically focused deliverables, proactively identifying technical limitations and communicating developer insights to the wider team. You'll help to shape clear technical requirements and empower our developers to create impactful solutions at pace. This position is ideal for a delivery-focused technical PM who thrives in a fast-paced, low-structure startup environment and wants to be part of our exciting period of growth and change. You'll play a crucial role in automating complex manual workflows and processes, directly contributing to innovations that could accelerate life-saving medical technologies reaching patients faster. If you're passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technology to solve real-world problems in MedTech and want to make a meaningful impact while building your career in a rapidly scaling environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
