The San Francisco office is looking for a part-time temporary (July - March) Marketing Manager to work remotely.

Working with us, you will:



  • Manage the office marketing team including staff development, mentorship, hiring, training and managing workload; set priorities and schedules based on the needs of office and studio leadership, the business development team and in support of corporate initiatives.
  • Oversee the sales process including tracking of prospects, pursuit decisions and proposal/interview strategy.
  • Lead the quality control process of marketing and communications activities for the local office.
  • Collaborate with office leadership and corporate marketing to develop and execute specific communications initiatives to raise visibility of the firm, practices, and position key staff as design and knowledge leaders.
  • Manage the award submittal process for the local office including award tracking and submissions.
  • Develop systems to extract, categorize and retrieve information related to consultants, personnel, projects, prior proposals, boilerplate, visuals, mailing lists, and promotional items.
  • Conduct marketing and communications-related workshops/training for the principals and technical staff.
  • Collaborate with office leadership to develop annual marketing budget, monitors resources to ensure consistency with budget and plan. Analyze costs/benefits for marketing techniques and continuously improves effectiveness of activities.
  • Accountable for the development and maintenance of accurate and complete office-generated marketing data in the firm marketing information systems, including Deltek Vision, Marketing Drive and the Marketing SharePoint site.
  • Direct and assist in research of markets and clients, sharing relevant information with other offices and practices.



An ideal candidate has:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of work experience in the A/E/C industry required.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of management experience required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and InDesign required.
  • Knowledge of Deltek Vision and OpenAsset preferred.
  • CPSM certification preferred.
  • The ability to successfully mentor staff in a manner that supports continuous learning, team collaboration and career development.
  • Excellent time and project management skills, passion for details and ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.
  • The ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Strong technical, graphic, and presentation skills.

While we may ultimately pay more or less than a posted salary range, at the time of posting the anticipated salary range for this position is $50.00 to $58.65 per hour.
