The Sales Operations Specialist plays a pivotal support role that strengthens day-to-day business development execution. Acting as the central hub for data integrity, reporting, and process coordination, this role equips senior leadership, technical sales teams, and Business Development Managers (BDMs) with timely insights that drive accountability and revenue growth. Although the position does not carry direct decision-making authority, its analyses and observations directly influence resource allocation, pipeline health, and proposal outcomes. Essential Duties & Responsibilities CRM Stewardship & Pipeline Integrity *Manage all CRM data inputs and enforce data hygiene standards. KPI & Reporting *Develop and publish sales KPI dashboards and ad hoc reports for senior leadership. Sales & Opportunity Support *Serve as the primary liaison among opportunity aggregators, BDMs, and technical sales teams to ensure smooth handoffs and stakeholder alignment. Proposal Process Coordination *Log, assign project numbers, and maintain proposal records for consistency. Go/No Go & Capacity Analysis *Collect inputs for operational go/no go reviews and prepare periodic summaries for budgeting, staffing, and planning decisions. Meeting & Event Support *Prepare agendas, slide decks, and follow up actions for weekly BD meetings. Requirements Minimum Qualifications:

Work Environment This position is a management role with on-call responsibilities for emergency response situations, meaning employees will work in the Stow, Ohio office and remotely as needed for projects. Schedules are based on the role and the team's needs. Occasional standing, walking, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching Working outdoors in all kinds of weather.
