About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Program Controls Specialist to join and lead our growing Program Controls and Contract Management (PCCM) team within the Advisory Services group. This is a great opportunity to combine your program controls expertise with team leadership, supervision, and strategic direction. You'll oversee internal program control functions and contract management while also supervising 2-3 direct reports, leading PCCM team operations, and helping drive long-term success for our clients and our people. You may work out of any Parametrix office, with the option for hybrid or fully remote work. Our team supports a range of clients in water/wastewater, transit and transportation, and environmental planning and compliance by delivering owner's representation, program management, and delivery advisory services. Qualifications:
Compensation Information: Base salary for this position is in the range of $90,000-$115,000. Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role. As employee-owners, we are eligible for performance-based bonuses and our salaries are reviewed annually. We value transparency and look forward to discussing our compensation structure.
