Job Description: Airbus Commercial is looking for a Compensation Coordinator(Contract) to join our Human Resources Team This position can be based at the following Airbus locations: Mobile, Alabama Herndon, Virginia Atlanta, Georgia The Compensation Coordinator is a vital member of the Compensation team. Responsible for supporting the team through market analyses, including with respect to the effective and consistent application of job classification/structure and compensation administration policies and practices. This position will also focus on supporting compensation processes including process improvement through process mapping and automation as well as liaise with HR colleagues and managers. Your Challenges: Primary Responsibilities Job Evaluation: 30%
Assist with the market analysis process by reviewing job descriptions for completeness and specifications. Assist compensation analyst with a market-based job evaluation to determine a recommended salary grade, bonus target and hiring salary range that is competitive in the external marketplace and internally equitable.
Compensation Administration: 60%
Work with the compensation team to develop new or improve existing processes. Assist in salary surveys (local and/or national) as needed. Assist in the update or development of salary ranges and job structures for employees at the site(s). Assist with internal or external audit requests of compensation-related data. Assist with the Job Description Management tool by ensuring job codes are updated, duplications are minimized, and jobdescriptions are published. Maintain and monitor job code creation in Workday. Assist with the quarterly production bonus process for MMS as needed. Monitor compensation mailbox and flag for appropriate person on compensation team. Take lead on requests such as jobcode creation, ESOP balance, and the compensation calendar.
Additional Responsibilities: Other duties as assigned: 10%
Documents process and procedure in the Compensation function. Reviews and completes process documentation ensuringconsistency of format, approach, and language. Assist, as needed, with other functional or local Human Resources projects or events
Your Boarding Pass:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, a related major or equivalent education and experience required 0-2+ years of professional level Human Resources experience Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite experience required Compensation experience preferred. Experience in job evaluation and classification, market pay analysis, compensation program administration and compensation data analysis experience preferred. Experience in compensation roles with a manufacturing workforce is a plus

Equipment Operation (personal computer, telephone, copies, fax machine, and related office equipment and using electronic identification card to enter building floors and internal doors): Daily able to operate most office and personal electronic equipment and some tools including production tools such as hydraulic lifts. Carrying: Rarely able to carry documents, tools, drawings, electronic equipment up to 30lbs/14kgs. Lifting: Rarely able to lift documents, tools, drawings, electronic equipment up to 30lbs/14kgs. Pushing / Pulling: Rarely able to push and pull small office furniture and some equipment and tools. Sitting: Daily able to sit for long periods of time in meetings, working on the computer. Squatting / Kneeling: Rarely able to squat or kneel to retrieve or replace items stored on low shelving. Standing: Daily able to stand for discussions in offices or on the production floor. Walking (include routine walking such as to a shared printer to retrieve documents): Daily able to walk through office and production areas including uneven surfaces. Appropriate hearing/eye protection may also be required when visiting the shop floor
