Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks a highly qualified Staff Attorney to join its Mass Torts Practice Group, with a focus on consumer protection litigation defense on behalf of manufacturers. The position involves working in an active and dynamic practice that touches all aspects of litigation including discovery, depositions, motions practice, and trial, with cases pending in state courts, federal courts, and arbitration. Qualifications
Candidates must be licensed and in good standing (California license strongly preferred; highly qualified candidates licensed in other states are considered). Candidates must be willing to periodically travel for court appearances and other proceedings as necessary. We are open to remote, part-time, or flexible hour arrangements. The national average salary for this Staff Attorney role is $50,000 - $150,000. Starting salary will be determined based on location, qualifications, and experience. A discretionary bonus may be available based on performance.
