This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (8:00am - 5:00pm EST). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Training will be conducted virtually from your home.

We offer weeks of on-the-job training. The hours during training will be 8:00am to 5:00pm EST, Monday - Friday.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Act as the main point of contact during the onboarding process
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables for new / existing client implementations.
  • Ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope, adjusting as necessary
  • Collaborate with internal teams (such as sales, product, and support) to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation
  • Coordinate resources and communicate project requirements with relevant departments
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams regarding project status, milestones, and any issues that arise.
  • Set and manage client expectations throughout the implementation process.
  • Generate regular status reports and provide updates to stakeholders on project progress and key metrics.
  • Identify and address potential risk and issues that could impact the implementation process
  • Gather feedback from client's post-implementation to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide additional support after the initial launch to ensure clients are comfortable
  • Transition clients to the support team for ongoing assistance once implementation phase is complete.

Required Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma/GED OR equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age OR older
  • 2 years+ of workers' compensation Optum/OWCA experience
  • General understanding of internal applications such as, Federal Environment, VitalPoint and CarePoint.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 25% of the time
  • Ability to work full time, Monday-Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (8:00am - 5:00pm EST).



Telecommuting Requirements:



  • Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
  • Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy.
  • Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.27 - $50.48 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
