Responsibilities

* Engage a variety of business partners to understand critical business initiatives

* Develop compelling exhibits that help senior leaders understand key issues, implications and recommended action

* Scope project work by identifying potential business implications, data assets needed, areas that need to be consulted, and establishing key milestones through the work

* Foster relationships across multiple areas to understand work with portfolio implications

* Prepare findings and recommendations to an executive audience reflective of professional completed staff work

* Leverage technology and visualization principles to clearly articulate points and drive better decision-making within PCU (and other areas)

* Analyze and coordinate Reunderwriting threshold strategy



Qualifications

* Previous experience conducting P&C underwriting product analysis.

* 3+ years of personal lines insurance performance analysis.

* Intermediate understanding of underwriting product performance and financial metrics

* Previous experience with basic analytics & visualization tools

* Experience developing completed staff work for an executive audience

* Ability to drive pace across multiple initiatives occurring simultaneously

* Proactively translate insights to recommendations using leading data visualization techniques

* Ability to develop presentations and white papers to inform and advise senior leaders

* Ability to engage cross functional stakeholders, generate consensus and drive work

* Preferred experience in Financial Operations, P&C Actuarial, P&C Modeling, P&C Underwriting and/or Enterprise Technology

* Preferred experience with Reunderwriting analysis and strategy, but not required



Our Benefits
  • Potential salary range: $63,976.25 - $121,000
    • Starting salary will be based on skills, background, and experience
    • High end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience
  • Potential yearly incentive pay up to 10% of base salary

WORK ARRANGEMENT: This position is a HYBRID role and will require some time spent in the office as well as time working from home. You must reside in the same state AND within 100 miles of either Bloomington, Illinois; Dunwoody, Georgia; Richardson, Texas or Tempe, Arizona.

INCUMBENCY: Incumbency requirements of 18 months prior to employees being able to post for lateral opportunities outside of PCU and 12 months for promotional opportunities.
