What will you be doing?
  • Improve your team members' sales skills through interactive weekly field rides.
  • Ensure comprehensive territory coverage, account penetration, and efficient sales time allocation for Account Managers.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and develop tailored growth plans for Account Managers.
  • Identify Account Managers with leadership potential and collaborate with your AVP to build additional development opportunities.
  • Address performance issues with corrective action plans to ensure success.
  • Develop and complete strategic sales plans to effectively compete in the market.
  • Diligently track and evaluate sales figures to pinpoint areas for growth.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment to achieve ambitious sales goals.
What will you need to be successful?
  • Bachelors degree
  • 5+ years in medical sales with demonstrated success
  • 2+ years of experience in medical sales management.
  • Previous experience as a Sales Trainer is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, including pipeline management, territory analysis, and territory management.
  • Demonstrated success in complex sales processes.
  • Experience selling in environments with multiple call points and decision makers within an account.
  • Professional training program experience (e.g., Integrity Selling).
Travel: 50-75% travel required.
