We're looking for an entry-level Office Services Associate to assist with projects around our Northbrook campus which could include: managing incoming and outgoing shipments, and general office administration.

Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Manage the shipment and receipt of all packages

  • Track, trace, and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments

  • Promptly unload trucks, sort, and stock received items

  • Maintain an accurate log of daily moves and inventory scanning

  • Perform daily mail runs, collecting and delivering mail within the organization

  • Maintain inventory lists for shipping supply inventory

  • Assist with setup and takedown for special events

  • Provide back up as needed to Reception and Equipment and Supplies

  • Stock and organize kitchen supplies throughout the building

  • Maintain stock in all document centers, standalone printers, and other areas as needed

  • Maintain kitchen equipment including coffee makers, coolers, and dishwashers

  • Monitor paper recycling and shredding bins in document centers and designated recycling areas

  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of printers

  • Maintain inventory lists for restocking kitchen and print centers

  • Assist with setup and takedown for special events

  • Provide back up as needed to Reception and Shipping & Receiving

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Attention to detail

  • Professional demeanor

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize

  • Good oral communication skills

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and Outlook

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Adaptability to changing priorities and project deadlines

  • Ability to take direction from Office Services, Facilities, and Corporate Operations

WJE offers a robust, total compensation structure, where the hourly rate is just one component of an employee's annual earnings. Additionally, employees may be eligible to receive overtime, variable compensation based on personal and company performance, often resulting in above-market annual earnings. Actual hourly rate will be based on several factors including consideration for a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role while remaining mindful of our commitment to internal equity. A good faith estimate of the starting hourly rate (gross) for this position is in the following range:

$19.88 - $29.83

This non-exempt position is eligible for additional overtime pay. Additionally, employees in this position receive an annual discretionary bonus based on personal and company performance.
