This position will be located in our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. Job Summary: The Director of Business Intelligence & Analytics (BIA) is a strategic leader responsible for shaping and executing the data and analytics vision for CAS, a division of the American Chemical Society. This role is instrumental in transforming CAS into a data-driven enterprise, leveraging advanced analytics and enterprise data assets to empower the global chemistry community. The Director will lead cross-functional teams, drive innovation, and champion enterprise-wide initiatives that enable data-informed decision-making at scale. Job Accountabilities:
