SUMMARY DAWSON is looking for the next Scheduling Manager for Customs and Border Protection Professional Services Support Office of Facilities and Asset Management (OFAM) located in Washington, D.C. The Scheduling Manager will serve as the single point of contact (POC) for coordination and schedules for meetings at all division and branch levels. This means events (e.g., town halls), scheduling high-level/high-visibility meetings with internal and external components/stakeholders, coordinates and schedules meeting space, and assists with developing agendas, briefing materials, and presentations. Participates in meetings on an as needed basis the making, changing, cancelling travel and transportation arrangements. This position reports to the OFAM Senior Consultant and reports all travel related CBP requirements, including all travel submission vouchers for government employees, as required.
