SUMMARY DAWSON is looking for the next Customs and Border Protection Professional Services Support Office of Facilities and Asset Management (OFAM) located in Washington, D.C. The Senior Consultant will serve as the single point of contact (POC) for the CBP/DAWSON Budget Division, and the Planning, Programming, and Requirements Division (PPRD) with all aspects of support in the areas of budget analysis/planning/reporting; executive support and process improvement. This Senior Consultant will apply knowledge management; and task management, managing a dynamic team with a focus to make mission accomplishment. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and manage multiple personnel on various support services teams Provide direct oversight of the contractor's performance Serve as the lead or single point of contact (POC) for administration of contracts and principal POC for large Federal agency programs Present high-level presentations to senior management Manage data and files using the Microsoft SharePoint or Share Drive system Provide superior customer service to individuals and organizations Provide added value to customer interactions Demonstrate effective decision-making techniques Present conceptually and strategically, while maintaining a practical approach to using time and resources provided Strong project planning skills and ability to design, implement, and facilitate successful leadership initiatives and programs within CBP Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Demonstrate a strong analytical, consulting, and facilitation skills. Excellent verbal and written communicator with strong technical capacity and ability to accurately complete all documentation Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain productivity both independently and collaboratively Capable of multi-tasking and effectively managing programs as a proficient problem solver and teamwork supporter Detail-oriented with great organizational and time management skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be able to obtain a CBP Public Trust Clearance - Current CBP clearance is preferred Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field Eight or more years of experience (senior professional) assisting Federal agencies with managing programs and teams providing executive assistance
