The General Affairs and Logistics Associate will work closely with management on administrative and logistics duties, to ensure that production is ran efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

General Affairs:



  • Administrative support for the President and CFO
  • Taking care of taxi, flight, and hotel - when needed
  • Oversee any issues with janitorial and maintenance
  • Coordination with LG AI in reference to use of company vehicle
  • Coordination with LG AI in reference to AI conference room scheduling
  • Coordination of ordering office supplies
  • Work with Safety on ordering safety production supplies
  • Assist facilities with the coordination of pallet and dumpster pickup, as needed
  • Order coffee supplies for office and breakroom
  • Order bottled water and coordinate delivery
  • Order the LG employees daily lunch and coordinate delivery
  • Other duties as assigned by management


Logistics:



  • Preparing, routing, and managing purchase orders
  • Reviewing shipment materials before distribution
  • Collaborating with transportation systems to ensure prompt shipment pick-ups
  • Monitoring shipment costs and productivity processes
  • Overseeing and coordinating daily logistics operations
  • Improving overall supply chain performance
  • Planning, coordinating, and overseeing the movement of good
  • Using IT systems to manage stock levels and process shipments


Education and Experience



  • High School Diploma
  • 2-4 years working in an administrative role
  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Solid English and Korean speaking and writing skills
