Description Acara Solutions is looking for Maintenance technicians to work with our partner at Sky Harbor out in Phoenix, AZ who specializes in Transportation Manufacturing. Here is what you will get: Duration: 1 year Location: Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport Shift: 3^rd shift 10:00 pm to 6 am Pay: $20.00/hr. + 10 % differential Here is what you will do: Remove all old power rail covers from inside the beam and on the power rail. Install new power rail covers throughout the system. Conduct debris clean-up from the guideway utilizing vacuums, brooms, and shovels. Reviews and understands safety instructions, procedures, nature of technical activity and possible solutions. Follows all security and safety instructions or procedures to prevent any personal injuries and maintain a safe fleet that will meet the demands of a reliable commuter service. Performs other duties as assigned or required. Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: Basic mechanical or maintenance experience, understanding of use with general hand tools High School diploma or GED equivalent Proficient in the English Language Must have a valid driver's license Must be able to work 3 rd shift Must obtain and maintain certifications in compliance with all state and federal regulations applicable to this position Additional Qualifications: Airport requirement must pass FAA background and security check to obtain SIDA access badge. This position is considered "safety sensitive" and is subject to alcohol and drug testing under Federal regulations.
