Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite for our client in East Aurora, NY. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• We are seeking an individual with experience managing IT infrastructure across multiple platforms.
• ITSM requests (ServiceNow is our platform)
• L1/L2 incident triage related to the areas in the job post (networking is out of scope for this post)
• Partner with Engineers on L3/L4 triage and Major Incidents
• Documenting Knowledge Base articles
• Working with stakeholders to change processes to deliver tighter controls, better quality, and efficiency
• Submitting ITSM automation requirements

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $45.67 - $55.28/ hr

Hours: 40 hrs / Week

Length: Temp (12 months)

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with IT Operations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operational (L2/L3) background in some of the following: Active Directory, Azure, Network File Shares, VMWare, Veeam, Pure Storage, and Windows/Linux OS administration.
