Overview
This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States. We are looking for an experienced Java Software Engineer to join our growing software development team, working on an important, internet-facing web application that provides payments initiation capabilities. The Community Association Banking Technology team is growing and seeking a Senior Java Software Engineer to join us. The Senior Engineer role is to plan, design, develop and launch efficient systems in support of the core organizational functions. This individual will utilize effective communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate/resolve issues, opportunities, or problems to maximize the benefit of IT and Business needs. The ideal candidate should have the necessary skills and experience to provide technical guidance, estimation, design, and application support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills management, individual contributors, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will move at a rapid rate of execution while maintaining both the short- and long-term strategic view when deciding on the best technical approach and effectively oversee distributed development team members. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Software application development and maintenance OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Software application development and maintenance Preferred Education: Bachelor Degree Preferred Area of Study: Computer Science Preferred Area of Experience: 6 years' experience with the following:

Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
