Overview
This is a hybrid role with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office in Raleigh, NC. This position is responsible for the support and ongoing improvement of Technology's business plans. This position sits in the Technology Business Office, with a dotted line to the Technology Strategy & Governance and the Enterprise Architecture senior leaders. This role conducts analysis, evaluates current practices, and offers guidance to business units to maximize results. Provides recommendations regarding best practices and methodologies. Works directly with leadership, team leaders, internal business partners and stakeholders to implement business processes and initiatives that will enable the business unit to increase and enhance production, while satisfying financial, regulatory, and compliance reporting requirements. Leads special projects, mentors associate team, oversees workforce and financial management, and handles the most complex issues in support of daily workflow. Responsibilities
