Job Title: Sr. Customer Account Manager - Walmart

Reports To:Director, Customer Account - Walmart

Position Summary:

The Sr. Customer Account Manager (Sr. CAM) will lead the Walmart Frozen business on the Walmart team, serving as the primary point of contact between Nestle and Walmart. This role is responsible for driving strategic growth, leading cross-functional collaboration, and delivering best-in-class execution both in-store and online. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong communicator, and proven leader with deep customer knowledge and a passion for winning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership & Planning
    • Lead theStrategic Innovation Strategy process for the Nestle Walmart Frozen business.
    • Develop and execute a3-year business strategyaligned with Walmart and Nestle priorities.
    • Maintain and manage the"Battleship" planfor each category to ensure strategic alignment and execution.
  • Customer & Internal Collaboration
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with Walmart merchants and key stakeholders.
    • Serve as the primary liaison between Walmart and internal Nestle Division teams.
    • Demonstratethought leadershipandcustomer-first mindsetin all engagements.
  • Business Ownership & Execution
    • Own full business responsibility for the Walmart Frozen portfolio across in-store and onlinechannels.
    • Drivedistribution gainsandshare of spaceincreases that outperform total category growth.
    • Ensureflawless executionof profitability and product mix targets while staying within spending limits.
  • Team Leadership & Development
    • Directly manage theSr. Customer Account Specialist (Sr. CAS) on the Walmart Frozen business.
    • Provide day-to-day guidance, performance management, and career development plans/coaching.
    • Effectively select and hire personnel. Provide leadership for the Frozen team and contribute to building a positive team culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • 6-10+ years of progressive experiencein customer development, sales, or category management within the CPG industry.
  • Deep understanding of Walmart's business model, merchandising strategies, and omnichannel ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated success indeveloping and executing strategic business plansthat drive sustainable growth.
  • Strongfinancial acumenwith the ability to manage P&L, trade spend, and profitability levers.
  • Experience leadingcross-functional teamsand influencing without authority across matrixed organizations.
  • Proven ability toanalyze data and insightsto drive decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
  • Skilled innegotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Luminate, Syndicated Data (Circana/Nielsen), Power BI, and Excel.
  • Strongproject management skillswith the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience ineCommerce strategy and executionis highly desirable.
  • Passion forpeople development, with prior experience coaching and mentoring direct reports.
  • Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership and external partners.
