Compensation $68,100 to $90,800 salary range depending upon experience and education in this area. *This range reflects Carestream's good faith estimate to pay fairly as starting wage. Offers will be tailored within the range based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process, as well as geographic market differentials for the position. Position Summary:
The Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Post Sale Specialist is a technical position which provides product and software knowledge to customers for all post sale transactions. The NDT Post Sale Specialist is involved in a variety of customer-centric activities ranging from hands on installations, remote troubleshooting, maintenance/wellness visits, and order processing. This is a dynamic role that bridges the gap between customers and internal functions including Sales, Service, R&D, and Manufacturing as this person often provides the 'voice of the customer' (VOC) to the Sales and R&D teams either directly or via their leadership team. Employees in this role are detail-oriented, highly responsive (via phone and digital communication), and comfortable working directly with customers both independently and collaboratively to support strategic post-sale initiatives. People in this role are often developing professionals who exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. This position requires significant travel: 70-100% (Central/Mountain/Pacific time zones) and may need to provide support to customers outside of conventional work hours to meet customer needs.
