Position Summary:

The Associate, Talent, Engagement & Culture supports the Talent & Engagement COE's cross functional programs and team. This role will oversee leadership and talent development program coordination, coordination of our Colleague Resources Groups (CRGs), and program reporting, as well as other duties as appropriate. The role is responsible for managing the team Talent & Engagement mailbox and owns the Talent & Engagement internal Zone page.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of programs, materials, communication, and tools in support of the Talent, Engagement & Culture strategy. This includes managing the calendar for all Talent Development offerings.
  • Own the Talent & Engagement Zone page, including updating news and events, supporting individual CRG page needs, and partnering with the branding team.
  • Track nominations and engagement for all participants in Nominated Programs. Create communications and timelines for programs in partnership with other Talent & Engagement COE members. Lead and plan kick-off calls, partner with comms team as appropriate, and partner with external vendors for nominated programs.
  • Assist with stakeholder management and content collection across the Talent & Engagement team related to global communications and events, including the Leading@Zoetis newsletter.
  • Manage invoice and purchase order process for Colleague Resource Groups and Talent & Engagement COE vendor partners.
  • Support and assist in the management of the LMS system related to content loading and reporting.
  • Remain current on Talent, Engagement and Culture trends.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Desired areas of study include Human Resources, Organizational Behavior or Applied Psychology
  • Additional training/certification in instrumentation, tools, or practices desirable

Experience:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a team-based environment
  • Program and project management experience
  • Experience using HRIS and e-talent systems (Workday experience a plus)

Knowledge, Skills, Ability Requirements:

  • Knowledge of talent development, engagement and culture, and other HR functional areas
  • Proven track record of sense of urgency, and proactive decision-making capabilities
  • Microsoft office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence, engage others and partner effectively
  • Able to operate with limited direction

The following base pay range reflects the anticipated base pay for this position if a selected candidate were to be located in Parsippany, New Jersey. Base pay may vary based on location and other factors.

Base Pay Range: $60,000 - $86,000

[This position is eligible for short-term incentive compensation.]
