The Transfer Pricing Senior Analyst will play a crucial role in nVent's tax and transfer pricing operations. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with nVent's Director of Transfer Pricing to advise, coordinate and implement all aspects of transfer pricing for nVent. Transfer pricing at nVent consists of intercompany policy development, implementation and monitoring, global documentation/compliance, financial analyses and audit assistance. This role will work collaboratively with nVent's Corporate Tax, Finance, and Legal functions along with nVent Segments to implement, monitor, and document intercompany pricing. WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
  • Implement and supervise nVent's transfer pricing policies and planning strategies globally, with a particular focus on North America and Europe.
  • Perform intercompany economic analyses and financial modeling, including management services and royalties.
  • Collaborate with nVent's internal tax team to help establish audit defense and support for both US and non-US locations as needed.
  • Assist in compliance with US and non-US transfer pricing rules and regulations.
  • Support US and non-US transfer pricing focused tax audits.
  • Lead the execution of transfer pricing documentation globally, focusing on North America and Europe.
  • Contribute to transfer pricing planning projects as needed, providing valuable insights and recommendations to optimize nVent's transfer pricing strategies.
YOU HAVE:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in economics, accounting, finance or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in tax or valuation fields preferred. Experience in transfer pricing is a plus.
  • Strong project execution and organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Process driven mindset.
  • Strong technological and analytical abilities in Microsoft Excel.
  • Broad skills and experience with economic analysis and technical business writing.
  • Team-focused and collaborative mentality.

Pay Transparency

nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.

Compensation Range:

$76,000.00 - $141,100.00

Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
