We are seeking a highly capable and motivated Clinical & Training Manager - Medical Programs to lead the development, delivery, and oversight of clinical and training operations across multiple luxury and remote destinations. This hybrid role blends clinical program management, multi-site medical team leadership, and training oversight, supporting high-performing teams in ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) communities, private security operations, and exclusive resort environments.

You will serve as the operational and training backbone for our medical providers-ensuring regulatory compliance, instructional excellence, service integration with the hospitality industry, and team readiness across a distributed footprint. This role requires someone who can balance elite clinical standards with exceptional interpersonal and client service skills.

This is a remote role, but priority will be given to those near Los Angeles, CA, San Francisco, CA or Boca Raton, FL.
This is a salaried position - $90,000 - $100,000/year

Key Responsibilities

Multi-Site Clinical Operations & Team Management


  • Oversee medical operations at multiple national and international sites, ensuring consistent care and service excellence.
  • Establish and maintain site-specific team structures with clear roles, responsibilities, and chains of command.
  • Manage schedules, coverage, and communication across all sites to ensure seamless operations and 24/7 readiness where needed.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with hospitality teams, concierge services, and resort leadership to ensure medical programs complement the guest experience.
  • Foster team cohesion and professionalism while maintaining a service-oriented mindset appropriate for luxury environments.
  • Implement systems for performance tracking, QA/QI reviews, incident reporting, and credential compliance.

Training Program Leadership


  • Lead a national instructor network delivering BLS, ACLS, PALS, TCCC/TECC, and custom emergency modules.
  • Ensure curriculum consistency and certification compliance with AHA, NAEMT, and NREMT.
  • Develop blended training programs tailored to the service and risk environments of high-profile client sites.
  • Support delivery of training to resort, security, and hospitality personnel, ensuring integration and practical application.

Medical Readiness & Protocol Oversight


  • Standardize and audit medical kits, response protocols, and SOPs.
  • Manage equipment and medication logistics to maintain medical readiness and expiration compliance.
  • Provide clinical input on medical risk assessments, emergency plans, and event coverage.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration


  • Act as the central point of contact for medical team members, offering mentorship and conflict resolution.
  • Interface with internal stakeholders (HR, logistics, operations, medical leadership) and external hospitality partners to align program goals.
  • Participate in client planning meetings, site visits, and medical strategy development for new and existing properties.

Required Qualifications


  • Active clinical licensure: Active NREMT Paramedic, CCRN, NP, or PA
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, PHTLS
  • 5+ years in emergency, austere, or concierge care environments
  • Experience managing medical operations across multiple sites or teams
  • Certified instructor in AHA and/or NAEMT courses (BLS/ACLS/PALS, TECC/TCCC)
  • Strong understanding of hospitality, private healthcare logistics, or VIP/resort service delivery
  • Excellent communication, discretion, and leadership skills



  • Willingness to travel up to 70%



Preferred Backgrounds


  • Prior service in tactical or federal medical roles (18D, PJ, IDC, Flight Medic, White House/DoD medical team, etc.)
  • Experience supporting UHNW clients, dignitaries, or luxury resort environments
  • 3+ years Critical care preferred (CCP-C, FP-C, CCRN, CFRN...)
  • Familiarity with resort operations, executive protection, or international concierge medicine

Location & Travel

Remote-first role with regular travel. Candidates based near San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Boca Raton are preferred due to proximity to key sites.
