Director, Talent Acquisition Operations & Program Management We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Talent Acquisition Operations & Program Management to lead and evolve our global recruiting infrastructure, systems, and programs. This senior leader will drive operational excellence across the AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions, supporting the Early Careers team, TA Operations & Programs team, and Recruiting Coordinators. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience operating in a global environment, with the ability to drive consistency while adapting to regional nuances. They are an innovative, consultative, and data-driven operational leader, deeply skilled in Agile project management, recruiting systems, and scaling best-in-class programs across a matrixed organization.
