Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Apple Systems Support Specialist to join our IT team. This role will focus on supporting macOS environments, managing Apple devices through JAMF Pro, and contributing to cross-platform device management using Microsoft Intune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Apple ecosystem administration, mobile device management (MDM), and enterprise security compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for macOS devices, including laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
  • Administer and maintain JAMF Pro for device enrollment, policy enforcement, software deployment, and compliance reporting.
  • Package and deploy macOS applications and updates using JAMF and Intune.
  • Collaborate with security and compliance teams to enforce standards and lockdown policies for Apple devices
  • Support integration with Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Apple Volume Purchase Program (VPP)
  • Assist with Intune configuration for macOS and iOS device management, including conditional access and compliance policies
  • Maintain technical documentation, including SOPs, deployment guides, and troubleshooting runbooks.
  • Participate in IT projects involving endpoint modernization, zero-touch deployment, and cross-platform support
  • Travel to client locations and perform work related to project deployments or support needs

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $69,800 - $132,000

Individualsselected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
