Job Description: We are looking for a System Engineer to perform systems engineering activities and assist in the preparation of a work product in several technical process areas. You will develop and deliver work product in this customer suite of systems products and independently analyze and recommend alternatives for elements of the Customer suite of systems technical design. You will design and implement hardware solutions, including documentation, testing and modification, document designs, including schematics, mechanical drawings, cable assemblies, parts lists, and test and evaluate hardware designs to ensure proper operation. You will also assist in the end-to-end integration of complex electronic systems by interpreting technical requirements and transforming detailed wiring diagrams into fully operational solutions. You will collaborate with engineers to support the design, assembly, and integration of cable harnesses and multi-chassis system architectures, ensuring alignment with system-level requirements and configuration management standards. You will also conduct system-level troubleshooting, verification, and performance testing, both in lab environments and during live deployments. The Level 3 Systems Engineer shall possess the following capabilities:

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus six (6) years of systems engineering experience
OR - A High School Diploma or GED plus ten (10) years of general system engineering experience (any
Process Area). OR - A Master's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus four (4) years of systems engineering experience
OR - A PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an
accredited college or university plus four (4) years of systems engineering experience. - A minimum of three (3) years engineering experience
- A minimum of three (3) years IntegratedCircuit Board design and developmentexperience
- Within the last 3 years
- A minimum oftwo (2) years development, integration, testing,and/or installation experience to includegenerating system/component specifications,recommending solutions, and preparing andconducting test plans (stand-alone, DT&E andOAT&E).
- A minimum of two (2) years of experiencewith the functionality and inter-processing ofpacket- and circuit-based HW & SW solutionsto include configuring, changing, andoptimizing solutions.
Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph Pay Range: 119,000-209,000 The RealmOne pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
