Sourcing Enablement Specialist (Knowledge Management) Lehi, UT- hybrid 3 days onsite Job Details: * The key responsibilities are related to the development, management and maintenance of a Knowledge Management program. * Additionally, candidates will be responsible for various Sourcing Enablement projects as assigned. * Looking for a candidate with 3-5 years of experience. * Capture and Curate Knowledge Collect and maintain critical knowledge from subject matter experts, documents, and systems. * Organize and Classify Information Develop taxonomies, tagging, and structures to make information easy to find and use. * Develop and Improve KM Processes Design workflows and standards to integrate knowledge management into daily operations. * Manage KM Tools and Technologies Implement and maintain knowledge bases and document libraries in platforms like SharePoint and Lucid Charts Support Onboarding of New Hires Help new employees quickly access essential knowledge, training, and resources for a smoother start. * Provide Training and Support Educate employees on using KM tools effectively and foster a culture of continuous knowledge sharing. * Measure and Report on KM Effectiveness Track usage, gather feedback, and report on the impact of knowledge management efforts.
