Job Title: Change Manager (Financial Services - Collateralized Loans)

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite, Downtown)

Duration: 12-Month Contract

Level: Mid to Senior


Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Change Manager to support a major software implementation project within the financial services space, specifically involving collateralized loan systems. This role will partner closely with business and technology teams-alongside a Business Analyst already engaged on the project-to ensure smooth adoption of new platforms and workflows. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in organizational change management (OCM), stakeholder engagement, and communications within highly regulated financial environments.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy to support the adoption of a third-party collateralized loan platform



  • Identify, analyze, and manage stakeholder impacts across business units and external vendors



  • Create and deliver change plans including communication, training, readiness assessments, and resistance management



  • Partner with the Business Analyst and project leads to align change initiatives with business goals and timelines



  • Facilitate workshops, trainings, and feedback sessions to prepare users and gather insights



  • Monitor adoption metrics and feedback post-implementation, adjusting support strategies as needed



  • Build trust and visibility with stakeholders from front-line users to executive sponsors




Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of experience in Change Management, preferably within financial services or large-scale software implementation projects



  • Solid understanding of project lifecycles and change frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, etc.)



  • Experience partnering with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and vendors to support end-to-end change delivery



  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills



  • Proven ability to drive user adoption and behavior change in complex environments



  • Ability to work onsite in Downtown Pittsburgh 3 days per week




Preferred Skills:


  • Exposure to collateralized loan or structured finance operations



  • Familiarity with enterprise systems and loan servicing platforms



  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, or other collaboration platforms
