The Recruitment Marketing Specialist will assist the Director of Service Line/Business Unit Marketing by providing marketing support for Talent Acquisition to plan and implement effective marketing and communications tactics from inception to completion. This role provides comprehensive marketing and project support and assistance with day-to-day activities to attract and retain top talent. The Recruitment Marketing Specialist will use marketing strategies to improve the brand awareness and reputation of MedStar Health to attract top-quality candidates. As an integral piece of the Talent Acquisition process, they will focus on candidate lead generation and brand awareness, rather than on filling job openings. This is done via several channels: development of video and static content, programmatic advertising vendors, social media presence, digital campaigning via our CRM, as well as planning/managing both virtual and in-person events. A successful recruitment marketer is innovative, creative, analytical, and hardworking. They should possess a strong working knowledge of current marketing and advertising trends/tools. They should be a team player, working with HR and their Marketing colleagues to attract the best candidates for job openings. Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Actively participates in service line/business unit marketing meetings with stakeholders, digital marketing and analytics teams acting as project coordinator capturing meeting decisions, next steps and outstanding items to be resolved. Develops targeted and branded marketing collateral that highlights MedStar Health's employer brand propositioning. Identifies, creates, and manages recruitment marketing strategies, including digital recruitment media campaigns. Designs and executes recruiting events that attract qualified candidates for a variety of talent-poolsReports on performance analytics and offers recommendations to drive future business strategy. Manages MedStar Health's digital recruitment presence, including partnering with internal and external partners to develop content for the company's social media channels, career website, and other online platforms. Communicates with Human Resources on the company's hiring needs and writing attractive job descriptions. Identifies the most effective tactics and platforms to attract candidates. Develops an annual recruitment marketing plan that highlights key strategic initiatives intended to capitalize on industry trends and drive business needs. Oversees photography and videography needs including scheduling/coordinating photo and video shoots with external agencies to produce service line/business unit content. Writes, edits and/or proofreads copy for a variety of marketing purposes (and/or collaborates their production), including collateral material, while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines and liaises with the corporate brand team to ensure compliance, when appropriate. Minimum Qualifications Education
- Bachelor's degree In Human Resources, marketing, or related field required
- One year of relevant education may be substituted for one year of required work experience.
Experience
- 3-4 years Years related experience with planning and promoting virtual hiring events via online platforms, including indeed. required and
- 3-4 years Experience in recruiting, HR, marketing, or advertising required
- One year of relevant professional-level work experience may be substituted for one year of required education.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Technical skills to include: Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, HTML, Google Analytics, PowerPoint, Bitly.
- A working knowledge of content development, CRMs, programmatic advertising and analytics, employer branding strategies and recruitment processes.
- Ability to stay up to date with marketing and advertising trends in the staffing industry.
This position has a hiring range of $58,656 - $98,384
