Manager, Health & Wellness Programs

Job Summary

• Reporting to the Administrative Director of EPA, the manager is responsible for the management and development of the Integrative Health & Wellness program.

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

• Associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or a related field preferred but not required.

Experience:

• Prior healthcare or management experience required.
• Minimum of five years in a professional setting with experience coordinating projects and managing programs preferred.

Licensure and Certification:

• None required.

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with consultants, volunteers, and staff across all levels of the organization.
• Proven project management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly detail-oriented.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Publisher).
• Ability to handle and protect confidential information.
