Staffmark is hiring a Class A Yard Spotter for an exciting temp-to-hire opportunity in Charlotte, NC. If you're an experienced switcher with a knack for precision and reliability, this is your chance to join a growing logistics operation where your skills are truly valued. Hours & Pay:

• Shift 1: Sunday-Tuesday 6:00 PM-6:00 AM, Wednesday 6:00 PM-12:00 AM | $27.50/hour
• Shift 2: Wednesday 12:00 PM-6:00 PM, Thursday-Saturday 6:00 AM-6:00 PM | $26.00/hour
• Employment Type: Temp to Hire

Position Overview:

• Operate yard switchers or tractors to move trailers efficiently and safely around the yard
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch and warehouse teams
• Ensure all safety protocols and DOT regulations are followed at all times
• No-touch freight - just switching trailers, no loading or unloading

Requirements:

• 1 year of Class A yard switching experience in the last 3 years
• Valid CDL A and DOT Medical Card
• Clean MVR with no more than 3 combined violations/accidents in the last 3 years
• Must be registered with FMCSA Clearinghouse
• Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings
