Staffmark is seeking a Project Account Manager for a direct hire position with a leading local company in Jonesboro. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, driven individual with strong communication and leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Starting Pay: $45K+ (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate and manage multiple client projects from start to finish
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of production and delivery
  • Resolve order or shipment issues proactively
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and customers
  • Maintain and improve project tracking, documentation, and best practices
  • Monitor quality control standards and support customer satisfaction goals



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of project/account management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Updated resume required to apply
