Overview Element has an opportunity for a Business Development Associate/Proposal Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role you will provide administrative and sales support for our environmental division. You will engage directly with clients and colleagues to drive growth within our organization. In this role you will work with the Element Sales Team, General Managers and Operations teams to prepare formal proposals and to support the Sales team with quoting and management of inbound requests or enquiries related to sales. You will work to establish and strengthen client relations with new accounts and pursue opportunities to increase revenue from existing or dormant accounts. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused and have strong organizational skills. Responsibilities
Ensure all proposal elements are completed on time, are of high quality, and are compliant with the request for proposal (RFP) requirements.
