Job Summary

We are currently hiring an Inside Sales Manager for our Revenue Performance Team and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. The primary purpose of this position is to build and lead a high performing inside sales team focused on demand generation, lead conversion, and scalable client engagement. This role will be responsible for creating and operationalizing a KPI-driven sales playbook that includes both inbound and outbound strategies.

Essential Duties

Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these:

  • Design and implement a structured and repeatable inside sales playbook that supports demand generation and lead conversion.
  • Create and continuously improve phone scripts and talk tracks tailored by industry, buyer type, and sales stage.
  • Build multi-touch email and drip campaign cadences, optimizing subject lines, CTAs, and personalization strategies to increase engagement.
  • Establish performance goals and clearly defined KPIs across the inside sales funnel (e.g., calls per day, connect rate, conversion rate, time-to-contact, opportunity creation).
  • Create success benchmarks by tenure and sales role to ensure fair, motivational goal setting and progression planning.
  • Lead weekly performance reviews with data-driven insights and clear action plans for improvement.

Competencies

Competencies we value for this role include:

  • 5+ years of progressive sales experience with 2+ years in a sales leadership role
  • Experience in staffing, SaaS, or B2B professional services preferred
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling high performance inside sales teams
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales enablement tools
  • Familiarity with AI-driven sales technologies (e.g., ChatGPT, Gong, Drift)
  • Knowledge of behavioral analytics and predictive lead scoring
  • Experience leading omnichannel sales strategies (phone, email, SMS, social, video)
  • Inclusive sales leadership practices, with proven ability to engage diverse customer and talent bases
