Job Summary: The Family Preservation In Home Outreach Counselor (IHOC) is responsible for supporting Family Preservation clients. The IHOC offers in home counseling to families at least once a week. They are also responsible for providing in depth case management services to ensure that families are adhering to the agreed upon service plan. The IHOC carries an average caseload of 13 families, which are to be visited a minimum of once a week. The IHOC follows all Penny Lane Centers policies and procedures regarding the Heart Centered Culture, cultural sensitivity, and cultural awareness. The IHOC supports the agency mission and vision in their interaction with children, youth, families, and partner agencies. Requirements:
Position Location: Commerce, CA Salary Range: $24.29 - $33.77 per hour Additional $2.00 per hour bilingual Spanish differential. Penny Lane Centers offers competitive salaries and benefits.
