Description Order-person will continue to do until decided if transitioning to another dept. Currently small volume. est. 15 orders per month * Build and maintain a good contact list with departments who initiate purchase orders-this is related to task above * Interact with customer service, contract administration, field personnel, manufacturing, etc. to ensure customer billing requirements are met * Communicate with Resolution Specialist regarding billing issues * Verify Order Accuracy before billing * Processing credit card payments via phone or email. * Send out copy or invoice and payment receipt to customer * Research payment inquiries * Update accounts with blanket purchase orders * Participate in all reasonable work activities as assigned and deemed appropriate by management Skills billing systems, healthcare industry, customer service skills, Collection, medical record, medical terminology, customer service, call center, health care, medical billing, medical claims processing, collections medical, government billing Top Skills Details billing systems,healthcare industry,customer service skills,Collection Additional Skills & Qualifications REQUIREMENTS 1 year of experience in: billing, accounts receivable and call center. * Experience with being in phone queue * Experience with accounts Receivable Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
