Description We are seeking a highly capable Infrastructure Project Manager (Infra PM) with a strong technical foundation and proven experience managing networking and infrastructure projects. This role requires someone who can navigate complex team dynamics, manage a large portfolio of active projects (40-50), and bring structure and accountability to a fast-paced environment. Skills PMP, Project Management, Infrastructure, Infrastructure projects, Infrastructure network Additional Skills & Qualifications Key Responsibilities: -Lead and manage a portfolio of 40-50 infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. -Work across cross-functional teams, including those with differing priorities or perspectives, to drive project success. -Apply deep technical understanding of infrastructure and networking to guide project planning and execution. -Serve as a hands-on PM, especially in documentation, tracking, and reporting. -Help the team organize and prioritize workstreams in collaboration with stakeholders. -Navigate political and organizational challenges with professionalism and tact. -Hold team members and stakeholders accountable while maintaining a reasonable and collaborative approach. -Coordinate with a dedicated technical team responsible for the physical implementation of infrastructure work. Experience Level Expert Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr.
