*Description*
Overview: Under limited supervision, leads cross functional and business unit specific business process transformations. Acts as a liaison among stakeholders, process owners and IT to provide strategic guidance for initiatives that enable the organization to achieve its goals. Includes independently working side-by-side with business process owners and key stakeholders to identify business process improvement opportunities, elicit business requirements, analyze and evaluate solutions options, and deliver business value through new system and process capabilities. Responsibilities: Lead Solution Design -Analyze business requirements and objectives -Conduct Fit/gap analysis for optimal NetSuite solutions -Design and document end-to-end solutions in NetSuite (customizations, integrations) -Create detailed technical specifications Stakeholder Management: - Lead workshops and presentations to gather requirements and present solutions within the business - Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Build strong relationships with business and consulting teams - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members. NetSuite Administration: - Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions. - Configure system settings and preferences. - Perform system maintenance and updates. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. - Ensure data integrity and security. - Stay up to date on NetSuite releases, new features and best practices Technical Expertise: - Maintain a strong understanding of NetSuite functionalities and best practices. - Possess a solid understanding of relational databases and data management. - Develop basic SuiteScript or SuiteFlow customizations (desirable). - Stay up-to-date on NetSuite releases and new features. Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite configuration and consulting/administration experience, 8+ full life cycle implementations - REQUIRED NetSuite Certifications heavily preferred - ERP Consultant, Administrator Strong interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and change management skills Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment Strong experience in finance/accounting, supply chain, consulting services,and/or industry specific experience Capable of designing end-to-end solutions with SuiteCloud Platform tools (SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteTalk) *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $52.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
