Description Role summary: We currently onboard new branches by assisting advisors with procuring their hardware, setting up their new equipment or existing equipment with the software and tools. We also request their entitlements through SailPoint and SNOW. No networking or office configuration outside. A lot of these different cases are already using their own equipment and they are allowing that. Minimum system requirements is win 10 or win 11. Windows, office, ServiceNow is huge - knowing and understanding of that system. Using it for ticketing and knowledge articles, teams -full teams environment. They do utilize office / excel heavily. All spreadsheets are in excel new transition spreadsheet they enter into. Intune for MDM is a bonus. Must be willing and flexible to travel once a month, could be on weekends. Start date 8/4 Training will be initial 4-6 weeks and EST hours. Other than than, location does not matter. It could be anywhere they have a branch. Travel is covered. -Could be on weekends (eligible for OT) -Training will be on EST hours and they try to have them travel w/in their region but can't guarantee -Contract duration: 9 months Experience Level Expert Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
