These capabilities support workloads in containers, VMs, and more, forming the backbone of Microsoft's services like CoPilot, Office, Windows, Xbox, and countless others. In this role, you'll be part of a strategic team with influence across Microsoft and the tech industry.We are seeking a Technical Program Manager II - Azure Storage to lead critical initiatives that support the delivery of supercomputer storage capacity and capabilities. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating efforts across various teams within Microsoft, including storage engineering, datacenter, supply chain, and build-out teams. You will ensure that new supercomputer projects come online smoothly, and you will drive end-to-end tracking, reporting, and coordination efforts. In this role, you will be driving the delivery of critical business initiatives, managing all aspects of the project such as project planning, requirements definition, risk management, communication, and implementation planning. You will help solve key problems by coming up with solutions to project deadlocks and resolving issues and constraints by building consensus and making project decisions to achieve tactical goals while retaining a strategic focus for our customers. ResponsibilitiesCoordinate storage capacity requirements and delivery across Microsoft teams including engineering, datacenter, supply chain, and build-out teams, to bring new supercomputer capacity online.Collaborate with others to track, coordinate, and communicate end-to-end storage capacity delivery schedules for multiple customers simultaneously and to hold stakeholders accountable for agreed timelines and processes.Track, manage, and effectively communicate dependencies to make adjustments or course corrections when projects are not aligned to schedules or goals.Conduct analysis, effectively communicate complex findings and recommendations with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and global stakeholders, foster strong relationships and drive consensus.Lead daily team scrums ensuring effective tracking and reporting across workstreams.
