Overview

Otter Products is currently recruiting for a Vice President, Digital Commerce to join our Sales organization, reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer. This role can be based at our Fort Collins, CO headquarters or work fully remote anywhere in the United States.

As the Vice President, Digital Commerce, you will be responsible for developing and directing an overarching ecommerce strategy across all digital touchpoints.
In this role, you will own responsibility for the ecommerce P&L and ensure consistent brand execution and optimized customer conversion on Otter Products' web properties to drive incremental sales and profitable growth. You will possess extensive experience and expert understanding of ecommerce as well as managing transactional ecommerce sites such as Amazon. Beyond your role as the commercial leader for the ecommerce business, it will be imperative that you, as a key leader, play an integral role in the broader omni-channel business model while managing and developing your team.

Responsibilities

    Develop and execute the long-term ecommerce strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives on owned and 3rd party marketplaces.
  • Establish clear KPIs and metrics to track and evaluate the effectiveness of ecommerce initiatives and digital sales channels to ROI goals.
  • Drive revenue growth on new and existing owned and 3rd party marketplaces.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with external vendors, agencies, and technology partners to enhance ecommerce capabilities, leveraging new technologies to drive innovation.
  • Oversee the design, functionality, and user experience of our DTC (Direct to Consumer) site to improve conversion rates.
  • Partner with Merchandising to fully integrate operational and seasonal plans for promotions, advertising, merchandising, site content development that align with company strategies.
  • Ensure that ecommerce efforts support corporate brand positioning and product stories on DTC and 3rd party sites.
  • Work collaboratively with key internal business partners, across all functional areas of the business, to ensure a consistent brand voice and positioning of Otter Products brand and product to the consumer.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing ecommerce team fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Support and maintain a positive safety culture by being an active leader in all safety program initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of fifteen (15) years of work experience or a combination of work and advance education experience, including 5 years of Amazon platform (1P, 3P) experience, required.
  • DTC and Amazon experience highly preferred.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a manager or director level role with direct reports is required.

USD $227,000.00/Yr.


For US Based Roles Only - Base Compensation Range Maximum

USD $300,000.00/Yr.
