Chartwells K12 is seeking a motivated and service-driven Director of Dining Services / Assistant Directorto join our leadership team atElko County School Districtin Elko, NV. This exciting new account serves over9,500 students across 36 public schools, offering a unique opportunity to support a large-scale K-12 dining program from the ground up. Reporting to theSenior Director of Dining Services, the Assistant Director will play a key role in helping to manage the day-to-day operations of this large scale foodservice operation, working closely with a skilledExecutive Chefand a seasoned hourly team to ensure high-quality service and student satisfaction. In this role, you will assist in managing team performance, supporting client relationships, and helping drive operational excellence across multiple sites. You'll contribute to financial oversight, staff development, and compliance with district and regulatory standards.
