You'll report to a senior level Director of Dining Servicesand work alongside a dedicated team of115-120 frontline staff, including both district and Chartwells associates. We're seeking a chef with a strong background in food costing, inventory management, and training staff in foundational culinary skills. The ideal candidate will have experience executing high-quality catering, leading engaging cooking demos, and presenting in front of students, staff, and community groups.
