We're seeking a Floor Manager at a Private Members Club in Midtown, NYC to help lead daily operations at a new private members club opening this fall in Midtown Manhattan. Reporting to the Food and Beverage Director, you'll play a hands-on role in delivering seamless fine dining service while mentoring a polished, professional front-of-house team. The Role You'll assist in overseeing dining operations, lead and mentor FOH staff, ensure service consistency, and uphold quality and safety standards. You'll work closely with the culinary and FOH leadership teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience while managing resources efficiently. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily FOH operations and ensure consistent execution of elevated service standards Lead, coach, and support the service team in delivering refined, anticipatory hospitality Maintain high standards of wine, beverage, and tableside service Collaborate with the kitchen to ensure timing, presentation, and guest satisfaction Manage labor, inventory, and cost controls within budget Build strong relationships with guests, team members, and cross-functional departments Implement strategies to improve service flow and elevate the guest experience Qualifications 2-4 years of fine dining management experience Strong knowledge of food, wine, and service techniques Proven ability to manage purchasing, scheduling, and team development Excellent communication and leadership skills NYC Food Protection Certificate preferred Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred Why Join Us Competitive salary and benefits Career growth and professional development opportunities A collaborative, inclusive team culture The chance to be part of a hospitality industry leader A passionate, values-driven team committed to excellence Apply to Union Square Events today!
