Democracy Prep Nevada, located on the Agassi Campus in West Las Vegas, is seeking a passionate and experiencedDirector of Dining Servicesto lead food service operations across its three co-located schools-elementary, middle, and high school-serving over1,250 students from kindergarten through 12th grade all in one building on the Agassi campus. Employed byCompass Group - Chartwells K12, the Director will oversee a team of dedicated food service professionals to deliver nutritious, high-quality meals in a welcoming and inclusive environment. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives on building relationships with students, staff, and the broader school community while ensuring excellence in food quality, safety, and customer service. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership and communication skills, a "boots on the ground" mindset, and a passion for student well-being. Responsibilities include managing daily dining operations, promoting the dining program, and developing a dynamic catering initiative to support school events, staff functions, and community engagement.
