Description

    Assisting Financial Quality Control in closing out open/Unliquidated Obligation (ULO) transactions from previous fiscal years
  • Maintaining and updating the ADVANA analytics platform for Dormant Account Review Quarterly (DAR-Q) and the Chief Financial Officer's database used to track DAR-Q
  • Performing analyses and reconciliations using Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) reports, open commitment lists, Dormant Account Review Quarterly (DAR-Q) documents, and ADVANA application tool
  • Researching and contacting customers to follow up on accounts in order to provide updates or close out accounts
  • Utilizing SharePoint to Return Funds as required through reconciling and coordinating within the organization internal and external clientele
  • Surging support to MIPR execution as required
  • Maintaining and updating the database and SharePoint tracker used to track DAR-Q documents

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working with dormant accounts
  • Experience with Dormant Account Review Quarterly (DAR-Q) and Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI)
  • Knowledge of the federal financial management cycle and Department of Defense (DoD) funding transactions
  • High level of preemptive, dynamic, and assertive communication skills
  • Requires the application of technical professional disciplines, proactive and aggressive follow-up techniques, and the applied use of related concepts, practices, and methods
  • Past participation in or exposure to internal controls documentation
  • Dedicated, dependable and able to work without direct supervision
  • Current Secret clearance
