Warehouse Associate

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Be Doing:

• Perform weekly cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records
• Consolidate items in bins to optimize warehouse space
• Assist with the speaker coating process, including preparation, coating, and repackaging
• Receive, label, and organize incoming shipments by part number
• Inspect all incoming shipments for accuracy (part numbers, quantities, and labeling)
• Pull parts for sample lot inspection as part of the receiving process
• Place parts in designated bin locations after quality approval
• Process and ship customer orders (create pick lists, pull and package items, generate packing lists and shipping documents, and coordinate with freight carriers)
• Conduct random product tests or screening based on customer requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-3 years of warehouse or inventory experience preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Familiar with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
• Experience with UPS, FedEx, and other freight shipping platforms
• Certified to operate a forklift and walk-behind pallet stacker
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Solid problem-solving abilities
• Physically capable of regularly lifting 25 lbs, frequently 10 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs
