Description
* Conducts in-depth interviews and investigations as it relates to ATM/ATM+, debit and credit card transactions. Communicates information to members either verbally or written as necessary. * Maintains accurate records and documentation throughout the dispute resolution process and ensures files and reports are updated. * Processes and assists front line team members with general card related questions, card activation and deactivations, PIN resets, and other requests as needed through ticketing system and phone queue. * Maintains an advanced level knowledge of electronic payments products, services, technology, trends, and industry best practices. * Provides quality member and team member support as it relates to card services. * Assists accounting department with general ledger reconcilement of dispute-related entries. * Creates and works regularly scheduled reports as well as those at the request of management. * Maintains knowledge of applicable laws, regulations and assists in ensuring compliance with such. * Stays informed of changes related to Regulation E and Visa Rules and maintains a working knowledge of both. * Maintains an advanced level knowledge of electronic payments products, services, technology, trends, and industry best practices. * Completes special projects as assigned. * Promotes and establishes strong, positive and productive working relationships within the organization through commitment to the company's purpose, mission and core values. High School (required)
Experience
* Computer proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Internet, and Email. (required)
* Ability to engage, be proactive to achieve organizational OKRs. (required) * High school graduate or equivalent. (required) * Ability to use Microsoft Office programs, specifically Word, Outlook, and Excel. (required) * Ability to solve problems, prioritize tasks, and meet required deadlines. (required) * Strong analytical and decision-making skills. (required) * Knowledge of debit and credit card regulations and payment processing rules (required) * Previous experience with Visa DPS, Symitar, and FINBOA (or other dispute resolution platform).
