     Assist with site prep, grading, and cleaning before paving Shovel, rake, and smooth asphalt materials during paving operationsOperate basic construction tools and assist with equipment setup and cleanupDirect traffic and set up safety zones around job sites as neededWork alongside equipment operators to ensure smooth material flowClean tools, trucks, and equipment at the end of each shiftFollow directions from foreman and experienced crew membersMaintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environmentOffloading the truck and gathering tools for the dayTransporting rakes, lutes, shovels, and spray cans to the paverSweeping and cleaning the area in front of the paverMeasuring and lining out the area for the day's pavingTransporting water to the rollers, power broom, and plate compactorAssisting the screed operatorMaintaining cleanliness and packing equipment away at the end of the day.Perform additional duties as assignedJob Summary:
 
 We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Paving Crew Laborer to join our road and sitework construction team. In this role, you'll assist with all aspects of asphalt paving, including preparing job sites, operating tools and equipment, and supporting the crew to ensure high-quality pavement installation. This is a physically demanding position that requires a strong work ethic, safety awareness, and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
