Position Summary Perform routine and preventative maintenance at the University campus with a strong focus on HVAC systems. Address service requests from faculty, staff, and students, and complete assigned work orders from facilities supervisors. Responsibilities include inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and minor installations related to heating, cooling, and ventilation systems, ensuring reliable and safe operation across multiple campus buildings. Working Conditions:
Required Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Valid Class E driver's license (or equivalent from another state). * Must be available 24/7 for emergencies and willing to work overtime. Preferred Qualifications: Technical training or certification in HVAC systems, commercial boiler/chiller operations, or related fields preferred. Two years of experience in facilities maintenance, specifically with HVAC systems and building mechanical infrastructure. Position requires background checks, drug screening, and other applicable pre-employment checks.
